Continental Robert
May 10“Continental” Robert Susz is best known as the dynamic lead singer, harmonica player, and songwriter behind the 1980s touring Soul band The Dynamic Hepnotics, who had a national smash hit with his timeless composition “Soul Kind of Feeling.”
He also fronted the legendary funky outfit The Mighty Reapers, who released a string of award-winning albums in both Australia and the USA. The Reapers became the go-to backing band for touring American Blues and Soul greats such as Big Jay McNeely, Margie Evans, Louisiana Red, and Lucky Peterson, to name a few.
Robert’s current combo, The Juke Joint Four, keeps the groove alive with their signature blend of Down Home Soul and Feel-Good Blues — all delivered up close and personal.
