The Koalas Band is a group of Year 6 musicians in Sydney’s inner west who play their favourite jazz and pop tunes and their own compositions. Formed in 2024, they already have a busy schedule of performances including St Albans Folk Festival 2026, National Folk Festival 2025, Generate Youth Festival 2025,  Ashfield Town Hall, Miss Celies, Polish Club, Lazybar, The Flute Tree, Burwood Council and Ashfield Markets. They released their debut album, “Fuzzy Grooves” at Lazybones Marrickville, and were featured on Fine Music FM Emergent Jazz. www.koalasband.com
